Veterans Law Judges Removed For Forum Of Hate Racist ‘KKK’, Homophobic Slurs: Certain Veterans Law Judges implicated in the racist Forum Of Hate had their removals upheld for "good cause" by the Merit Systems Protection Board recently. The shocking and offensive forum was in place for seven years while these judges made decisions on claims of veterans who are part of the groups the judges disparaged while at work using government computers. Should we start looking to see if the racism or homophobia leaked into their decisionmaking?

Veterans Affairs Demands Cerner EHR Contract Focus On Interoperability: VA published requirements for the new Cerner sole source contract and interoperability is at the top of the list - - and not interoperability now but in the future.

GAO Interview Shows VA Fraud In Refusal To Pay ER Bills Puts Lives At Risk: KARE 11 hits another home run hammering VA over its scheme defrauding sick and disabled veterans of money to pay for non-VA emergency room bills. This time GAO investigator Randy Williamson acknowledges VA likely has not done enough to fix its problem. He did not go far enough. VA leadership benefits off defrauding veterans through their quota schemes to drive up quantity of processing numbers while not caring a damn over accuracy of decisionmaking.

Roseburg VA Death Panel Rejects Sick Veterans To Rig Performance Ratings: NY Times exposed Roseburg VA's use of a modern-day death panel, referred to as a "utilization management team" that accepts or rejects patients recommended by doctors for admission without regard to the medical opinion of the doctor seeking admission. The practice is likely an "unauthorize practice of medicine" illegal in many states and most certainly an example of medical malpractice by VA employees.
