Agent Orange Act Was Supposed to Help Vietnam Veterans —
But Many Still Don’t Qualify
Agent Orange Questionnaire - The responses so far have
been very helpful. Nearly 1,500 vets and family members have responded. As promised, we wanted to keep you updated on
our progress. On Friday, we published a guide to Agent Orange benefits.
This piece breaks down various groups affected by Agent Orange and details
whether they are eligible for benefits. We learned a lot about how different
groups of veterans are being treated differently based upon where they served. Please share the questionnaire with one or
two people who served alongside you in Vietnam or with their family members. The goal is to have more than 5,000 people
fill out the questionnaire and we still have a ways to go. The link is www.propublica.org/agentorange
